War Memorials List

A complete list of the 200 war memorials in the area of all natures, be they the well known village "cenotaphs", stained glass windows, Honours Boards etc.

The memorials are divided into five areas:

• Lancaster
• Morecambe and Heysham
• Parishes North (including Bolton Le Sands, Borwick, Hest Bank, Slyne with Hest, Over Kellet, Silverdale,and Yealand)
• Parishes South (including Dolphinholme, Hornby, Melling, Tatham, Tunstall, Leck and Whittington)
• Parishes East (including Abbeystead, Forton, Galgate, Glasson Dock, Overton, Pilling and Scorton)
